In addition to institutional scholarships, there are thousands of external scholarships available to students. Utilize the resources below to search for scholarships!


Scholarship Opportunities:

Ocean First

In 2024, the OceanFirst Foundation will provide a grant to аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע for the purpose of awarding scholarships for undergraduate education.

The university will award twelve (12) $2,500 scholarships for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Eligibility Requirements/Awarding Policy:

  • All applicants must submit a completed OceanFirst application
  • Applicants must be admitted to аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע
  • Applicants must currently reside in one of the following counties:
    • Atlantic
    • Burlington
    • Camden
    • Cape May
    • Cumberland
    • Gloucester
    • Mercer
    • Middlesex
    • Monmouth
    • Ocean
    • Somerset
    • Union
  • Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 at the time of application and must provide a copy of their high school or college transcript.
    • If your transcript is already on file with аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע, you do not need to resend
  • Applicants must complete the 2024-2025 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • Applicants must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA
  • Applicants must be registered as a full-time student at аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע for the Fall 2024 semester
  • New, incoming admitted students will be prioritized

Please note: Scholarship recipients may only use the scholarship for direct educational expenses.

Applications were due by July 1, 2024. The 2024-2025 application is now closed. All applicants will be notified of a decision within the next few weeks.

Pepsi Scholarship

In 2024, Pepsi will provide a $75,000 grant to аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע for the purpose of awarding scholarships for undergraduate education. Utilizing this grant, we have created thirty (30) $2,500 scholarships to award to new, incoming first-year and transfer students for the Fall 2024.

Eligibility Requirements/Awarding Policy:

  • All students must submit a completed Pepsi application
  • All applicants must be admitted to аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע
  • Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 at the time of application
  • All applicants must file the 2024-2025 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • Applicants must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA
  • Applicants must be registered as a full-time student at аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע for the Fall 2024 semester
  • New, incoming admitted students will be prioritized

Applications were due by May 1, 2024. The 2024-2025 application is now closed. All applicants will be notified of a decision within the next few weeks.

The аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע Foundation maintains a robust merit-based scholarship program with approximately 200 scholarships.These scholarships are made possible thanks to the generous donations of аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע alumni, friends of the university, organizations and businesses.

Continuing students with an established аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע GPA are eligible to apply each year.

Application essay, volunteerism, campus involvement and employment — not just GPA â€” are heavily weighed during the selection process.

The 2024-2025 is now closed.

Award notifications will be sent by June 15, 2024 to applicants’ аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע email accounts.

  • Charges a fee in order to receive a low interest loan
