The William J. Hughes Center for Public Policy at аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע and The Press of Atlantic City will co-sponsor an Oct. 24 debate between major-party candidates for the 2nd Congressional District race in the U.S. House of Representatives. The one-hour debate between Republican incumbent Jeff Van Drew and Democratic challenger Joe Salerno will be held at 6 p.m. on the Galloway campus. The debate will not have a live audience, but it will be livestreamed on the and on . Members of the public can  or email them to The Press of Atlantic City at newstips@pressofac.com. Panelist Nicholas Huba of The Press will pose questions to the candidates. The debate will be moderated by Alyssa Maurice, Director of Research and Polling at the Hughes Center for Public Policy.
